Before you get a fence
- Your survey. If you have it, dig it out. It shows the lines and any easements.
- HOA approval. A lot of neighborhoods here have rules on height, material and color, and you usually need approval before we start.
- Permits. Most cities and counties want one for a fence. We'll check yours.
- Gates. Think about the mower and the trash cans. Gates are easy to make too narrow.
- Pets. If your dog digs or jumps, say so. It changes the build.
