Permits and HOAs
Who issues a building permit depends on the address. Inside city limits it's usually the city's building department. Unincorporated areas like Sorrento go through the county. Many neighborhoods also have HOA rules for exterior work like fences. We'll tell you at the estimate whether your project needs a permit or approval.
Services in every area
Cabinet painting, bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, painting and drywall repair, flooring and fencing.
We don't have offices in each town. We come to you.
