1. You call, text or send the form
Tell us what you're thinking, even if it's rough. Photos help. We'll get back to you and set up a time to come out.
2. We come see it
We look at the space, measure, and talk through what you want and roughly what it'll run. If we see something that could change the job, like water damage or a floor that isn't level, we'll say so then, not after we've started.
3. You get a written estimate
What's included, what isn't, the materials and the price. Free, and there's no pressure to decide on the spot.
What's covered, depending on the job:
- Help choosing the layout, tile, stone, fixtures and colors
- All labor and the materials in the scope
- Licensed plumbers and electricians for their parts
- Permits and inspections when the job needs them
- Protecting the rest of your home, and daily cleanup
- A final walkthrough with you, and a punch list we finish
4. We do the work
Once you say go, we set the schedule, order materials and get the crew lined up. Licensed plumbers and electricians handle their parts. We pull permits when the job needs them. If something unexpected turns up, we stop, show you, and put any change in writing before we keep going.
5. We walk it together
When it's done, we go through it with you. If something isn't right, we fix it.
Questions people ask
Is there a minimum job size?
No. Small jobs are fine.
Can I do this in Spanish?
Yes. Pick Spanish on the form or just say so when you call or text. Gio or Natalia will call you back, go over the project in Spanish, and your written estimate will be in Spanish too.
Are you insured?
Yes, and we can send you a certificate of insurance before work starts. Plumbing and electrical are done by licensed plumbers and electricians.
Can I bring my own design or plans?
Yes. Bring plans, photos, a saved board, whatever you have, and we'll build to them. If you don't have anything yet, we'll help you choose.
Does one company for design and build cost more?
Not usually. You're not paying a separate designer and then a contractor to re-price the same drawings, and the person who helps you pick materials is the one who knows what they cost to install. The estimate spells out every line, so you can compare.
Do I have to be home while you work?
Not the whole time. We'll work out access, hours and the best way to reach you before we start.
