Refresh or full remodel?
If the layout works and the cabinets are solid, you can change a lot without tearing anything out. Refinish the cabinets, new counters, new floor, paint. If the layout is the problem, that's when a full remodel earns its money.
When we come out, tell us what you'd change. More counter space, somewhere to put things, better light, a fridge door that clears the island. That usually tells us which way to go. A common one: the two-level bar most Florida builders put in. Here's one we turned into a single island without touching the cabinets.
What we do
- New cabinets
- New stone countertops: quartz, quartzite, granite or marble (how they compare)
- Layout changes, like moving the sink or taking out a wall
- Cabinet painting when yours are worth keeping, usually 50 to 75 percent less than new
- Flooring, including running it through the rest of the house
- Drywall, texture and paint
- Lighting, outlets and plumbing changes, done by licensed electricians and plumbers
Counters
Stone only. We've built relationships with stone suppliers around Central Florida, so you pick the slab and buy it through us at our pricing. You don't have to go find a yard and a fabricator on your own.
What to have ready
A list of what isn't working and a few photos of kitchens you like. A rough budget helps, even a loose one. If you're buying appliances, have the models or at least the sizes, because they decide a lot about where cabinets and counters go.
Pricing
Every job is different, so we don't post prices. Call us or send us an inquiry, and we'll talk through options that fit your budget.
If we find something once work starts
Old kitchens hide things. Water damage under the sink, a floor that isn't level under the old cabinets, wiring that needs updating. If we find it, we stop and show you, and any change in price goes in writing first.
